Le Seygne

Le Seygne is a warm and welcoming property which is situated near the ancient hamlet of St André d’Olérargues. Spacious and well equipped, the house boasts a modern kitchen, a grand sitting room with open fireplace and a lovely dining room with French windows onto the terrace.

There are four bedrooms; two doubles, one family room with a double and two single beds, and a master suite on the mezzanine, complete with four poster bed (unsuitable for children). This is an unheated room, so is not part of rentals from September 10th onwards.

Le Seygne sits in six hectares of private grounds and includes a large terrace with outdoor seating, built in barbecue and outside shower room/wc. For children (and the young at heart!), there is a ping pong table and children’s playhouse.

There is a boulangerie and a grocery store in St Marcel de Careiret, which is just 3km away, and a  wider range of shops at Bagnol sur Cèze, 12km away. The Cèze Valley , with its castles, villages and caves perched on the sloping hills, is well worth exploring, whilst the Roman towns of Nîmes and Avignon are just an hour’s drive away.
