Terrasse Fleurie  is a spacious and well appointed holiday house set in a residential area. The property boasts a modern, fitted kitchen and open plan living-dining room with marble floor and glass doors onto the garden.  There are six bedrooms; two doubles (one en suite), one twin room, a single room with additional cabin bed and a bunk bedded room.  When eleven guests are sharing, a master double room in a separate wing of the house is included. The wing contains a shower room with sauna and a large upstairs balcony.

The private garden is lovingly maintained and has an abundance of fruit trees as well as a barbeque and inviting 11m curved swimming pool. The Mediterranean coast is only a 20 minute drive away and the lively town of Montpellier is within easy reach for those wishing to sample the seafood straight from the Bassin de Thau.
