Les Voiliers

This charming new house, built in 2009 in the local Rétais style, is located on the stunning Île de Ré, just off the coast of La Rochelle. Sleeping parties of up to 10 people, Les Voiliers (The Sailing Ships) is located in an area regarded as the one of most beautiful in France and provides exceptional holiday accommodation. The open plan living/dining room is spacious and light, with whitewashed beamed ceilings and French windows onto the covered terrace.  The adjacent kitchen is well appointed and provides access to the utility room, with washing machine and dryer.

Les Voiliers has four spacious and comfortable double bedrooms (one en suite) plus a raised mezzanine level with four additional single beds. Outside, there is a delightful covered terrace with built-in barbecue and a large pebbled courtyard with recliners to soak up the sun. Les Voiliers has covered parking for two cars, air conditioning and a pay as you go mobile phone.

This well located property has everything you need within walking, sailing or cycling distance!  Take a stroll through the white washed, flowery lanes to discover boutiques, restaurants, cafés and the quaint old harbour of La Flotte.  Public tennis courts are only a short walk away and it is less than 1km to the beach of Arnerault.
